1) What types of technical fabrics do you supply?
We specialize in military and tactical functional fabrics, including Cordura®-style high-tenacity nylon fabrics, Oxford fabric, softshell fabric, hardshell fabric, and flame retardant fabric. Typical applications include tactical backpacks and gear, uniforms, outerwear systems, PPE/workwear, equipment covers, and outdoor shelters.
2) What is your Cordura®-style fabric, and what is it used for?
Our Cordura-style fabric refers to high-tenacity nylon abrasion-resistant fabrics engineered for demanding use. It’s widely used for tactical gear, backpacks, pouches, luggage, and heavy-duty equipment bags where abrasion resistance, tear strength, and durability are critical. Options include coatings, DWR, printing/camouflage, and lamination structures based on project requirements.
3) Which Oxford fabrics do you offer, and where are they commonly used?
We supply a range of Oxford fabrics in different deniers, constructions, and finishes. Oxford fabric is commonly used for bags, covers, tents, workwear, and general outdoor equipment due to its balanced durability and cost efficiency. We can tailor finishes such as PU/TPU/PVC coating, waterproofing, UV resistance, mildew resistance, and cold-crack performance.
4) What’s the difference between softshell fabric and hardshell fabric?
Softshell fabric focuses on comfort, stretch, warmth, and wind resistance, ideal for mid-layer or active outerwear. Hardshell fabric is designed for maximum weather protection, typically offering higher waterproof and windproof performance for harsh environments. If you share your target usage and specs (waterproofness, breathability, abrasion level), we can recommend the best structure (2L/2.5L/3L).
5) Can you supply waterproof and breathable fabrics? What performance levels are possible?
Yes. We offer waterproof breathable fabrics through coatings and membrane laminations. Performance depends on construction and materials, typically evaluated by Hydrostatic Head (waterproofness) and MVTR (breathability). We can match your target range and support third-party testing according to your required standards and project spec.
6) Do you provide flame retardant fabrics, and how are they made?
We provide flame retardant fabrics via different solutions, including inherent FR fiber systems and FR treatments/finishes (depending on end-use). FR requirements vary by market and application (workwear, shelters, equipment protection). For accurate selection, share your target standard/spec and environment, and we’ll propose the right material route and sampling plan.
7) Can you meet military requirements like IRR / NIR (near-infrared) compliance or camouflage needs?
Some military and tactical programs require IRR/NIR control, shade matching, and stability across batches. We can evaluate feasibility based on your specification, reference swatches, and target color system, then provide samples for validation. Because requirements differ by country and program, sending your spec early helps us move faster and reduce iterations.
8) What finishing and fabric structures can you provide (coating, lamination, 3-layer, etc.)?
We support a wide range of functional solutions, including PU/TPU coatings, DWR, anti-UV, anti-mildew, cold resistance, and FR options, plus 2L/2.5L/3L laminations. We can combine face fabrics with suitable backers (tricot, fleece, mesh) to achieve the desired balance of protection, comfort, and durability.
9) What is your MOQ, sampling process, and typical lead time?
MOQ and lead time depend on fabric type, color/print, and finishing complexity. Most B2B projects follow: spec confirmation → sampling → lab/field testing → approval → bulk production. To quote efficiently, please share end-use, target specs, color/printing requirements, annual volume estimate, and destination market.
